To further enhance all employees' awareness of preventing telecommunications and internet fraud and strengthen the “security barrier” for both company assets and personal property, a targeted anti-fraud lecture was successfully held at our company on the morning of October 31, 2025. This event was jointly organised by the Investigation Center of Beibei District Public Security Bureau, Caijia Police Station of Beibei District, and Qunli Community of Caijiagang Subdistrict, Beibei District. This multi-agency collaborative initiative delivered authoritative, engaging, and practical anti-fraud knowledge to employees.

At the outset, Officer Chen from the Beibei District Anti-Fraud Center analysed the severe landscape of telecom fraud and common tactics using recent real-life cases from the jurisdiction. The presentation avoided dry theory, instead focusing on employees' daily lives and work realities with high relevance and cautionary value.
Officers highlighted several prevalent fraud schemes:
“Brushing Orders for Rebates” Trap: They thoroughly deconstructed the classic “small rebates, large losses” scheme, warning that “all brushing orders are scams” and cautioning against sacrificing the big picture for minor gains.
“Fake Online Loans” Scam: They pointed out that “no collateral, low interest rates, and quick disbursement” are often bait, with the ultimate goal being to extract victims' processing fees, deposits, and personal information.
“Pig Butchering” Romance and Investment Scams: Employees were warned to stay vigilant in online dating. When someone starts discussing investments or insider information, it is highly likely the beginning of a scam.

Employees are a company's most valuable asset. Safeguarding their financial security protects the company's stability and growth.The management sincerely appreciates the initiative of the organising unit in delivering this training directly to our workplace. This has effectively boosted our entire workforce's “immunity” against fraud. The company remains committed to creating a safe and harmonious work and living environment for employees. This anti-fraud awareness campaign is a key measure in fulfilling our social responsibility and caring for our staff.

Safety is no trivial matter, and fraud prevention is timely. This joint anti-fraud awareness campaign involving police, enterprises, and local authorities not only enriched employees' knowledge about fraud prevention but also enhanced their ability to identify and guard against scams. Moving forward, our company will institutionalise and regularise anti-fraud education efforts. Through internal notifications, bulletin boards, departmental meetings, and other channels, we will consistently reinforce anti-fraud awareness. Together, we will weave a robust safety net against fraud, contributing “Xinxing” strength to building a safe Cai Jia community and a harmonious enterprise!
